The CNY Lou Hei Dinner was held at the ParkRoyal Hotel. Dr Amy Khor, Senior Minister of State for the Environment and Water Resources, as well as representatives from BATU, NEA and WSG were among the more than 250 guests who joined in the Lunar New Year celebration.
